Coach Robinson is a Lacrosse Sports Performance enhancement Coach. His area of expertise is developing exercises that build strength, speed, agility, plyometric training, Olympic exercises, (power clean, hang Cleans, box cleans, rack cleans) that are taught for the benefit of just the lacrosse player.
Coach Robinson has worked longer than anyone in this field. His passion is in teaching this way of training to lacrosse athletes! He has been the head strength & conditioning coach at Bergen Catholic, Don Bosco (undefeated state championship) and St Joseph's Regional HS (currently).
In addition Coach Robinson is the Director of Sports Performance at BBL North and The Director at "LAX & LIFT" in Ho Ho Kus.
