We work on speed by replicating patterns that are performed on the field and we do sequence work to train the body to feel more comfortable performing these sophisticated drills that assist lacrosse athletes. We do things different than everyone else!
We are doing tremendous lateral explosive work! Constantly an area we focus on because it truly is why the game is so fun to watch! Band work and body weighted accessories will be added to develop power, speed and added flexibility!
